Healthcare looks and feels like this electrical panel.

It seems there’s always another vendor, another app, another AI tool, another point solution. Another wire...

Many of them are good. Many solve real problems. But too often they’re just another workaround added to an already tangled system.

When I look at companies, I find myself asking questions. 

Are you another wire, or are you the electrician?

Are you helping us work around the mess, or are you redesigning the system to make it simpler, safer, and better for patients?

Healthcare doesn’t need more wires. It needs more electricians.
